Terms and Conditions

1. Booking
   A binding contract between tour participant and Multicolored Travel comes into existence when:
   1. the participant books on-line by completing and sending the booking form;
   2. the participant has booked by telephone and receives a confirmation by mail or email.
2. Payment
   Booking must be accompanied by a deposit of 10% of the total sum must be payed with a minimum of € 50 for each person. The remainder must be paid not later than 15 days prior to the start of the tour. Persons living outside the European Union, and after having consulted Multicolored Travel, may pay in cash on the first day of the tour in order the avoid high banking charges.
3. Cancellation
   
   1. Participant will get a full refund of the paid sum when, for strong reasons, Multicolored Travel needs to cancel the tour.
   2. When the participant cancels the booking:
      1. 30 days or more prior to the start of the tour, the paid sum will be refunded less a € 25.00 charge for each person;
      2. 29-15 days prior to the start of the tour, the paid sum will be refunded less a € 50.00 charge for each person;
      3. less than 15 days prior to the start of the tour, no refund will be issued.
4. Liability
   
   1. Multicolored Travel is responsible for organizing, accompanying, and guiding the tour, consistant with the tour description provided and with skill and care that can reasonably be expected.
   2. Multicolored Travel cannot be held liable for injury, damage, loss, delay, inconvenience, deviations from the itinerary, or additional expenses, caused by events or circumstances beyond the control of Multicolored Travel.
5. Participant's obligations
   The participant is expected to be in a good physical and mental health and to have sufficient social abilities to associate with the other participants within the group during the tour. The participant also needs to comply with specific requirements and recommendations mentioned in the tour description.
6. Insurance
   Insurances are not included. The participant is responsible for providing adequate travel- and cancellation insurances and a health care insurance that is valid abroad.
